Refund policy

We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered including stains) with tags and liners attached for either a full refund, exchange, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 28 days after the date of delivery. 

Do I have to pay for my return label?

We do not offer free return labels, however you may purchase a return label via our online returns portal, or alternatively email returns@awaythatday.com for our returns address if you would prefer to post your return using a postal service of your choice. 

How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?

After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed, or 3 working days for your exchange to be sent. If your exchange is urgent, please email info@awaythatday.com and a member of our team will help you.

Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?

All exchanges are based on stock availability. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different colour / size as long as they are the same cost value. However if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, we will need to process a refund for this and the item will need to be reordered through our website. 

All exchanges will be sent out to you at no extra cost. 

Can I return sale items?

Yes. All items on sale are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of order delivery.
