Returns Policy
You have 21 days to return / exchange any item from our website from the day your order has been delivered. All items must be returned in new condition with tags and hygiene liners in tact.
Please take extra care when trying on our garments to avoid any make-up or fake tan stains. Any stained item will not be eligible for a refund and the product will be returned to the customer.
You will need to submit your return/exchange via our returns portal HERE. *Please note we do not cover postage for returns.
When you have sent back your return, please allow up to 5 working days from the date of delivery for your refund / exchange to be processed. If you are in need of a speedy exchange, please email info@awaythatday.com and a member of our team will help expedite your exchange for you.
Only items purchased from www.awaythatday.com can be returned to us for a refund / exchange. If you have purchased your Away That Day item/s from one of our stockists, please return / exchange your item/s from the stockist you purchased from.
