Joining our loyalty programme is easy, you just sign up here. You will gain points for simply joining our loyalty programme, for every order you place, for referring friends, leaving reviews, for telling us your birthday, following Away That Day on Instagram and more. All of your gained points will go towards your Reward status. Your tier status will upgrade automatically once you reach those lifetime spends.

All members will receive 50 welcome points for joining our loyalty program.

You can redeem your points as soon as you get over 100 points (£10) off. Once you have reached 100 points you can redeem your £10 off code which can be used towards your next purchase.

You will have access to our members only loyalty page, where you can view, manage and redeem your points. You will also be able to see how to gain more points and to see what tier levels you can reach! Once you have over 100 points, you can begin to redeem these by selecting an eligibility reward downloadable code.

2. £15 off - 150 points
3. £20 off - 200 points
4. £25 off - 250 points

You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent (with the exception of exclusive promotions, double/triple points incentives and exclusive offers).

Only one loyalty redemption code can be used at one time, as a huge Away That Day fan, that shouldn’t be a problem!

Your lifetime spend is the total amount of money you’ve spent with Away That Day, excluding any discounts or refunds. After you unlock a new tier, all you have to do to maintain your status is to spend £100 in the following 12 months.

On your birthday, you will receive 100 points on your account and a surprise treat from us. This could be a unique discount code, a freebie, or something just for you.
