Shipping & Delivery
- If your order is placed after 3pm it will be processed the next business day.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive if you order within the UK.
- If you need your item quickly, please email us at email@example.com and order before 12pm. We will try our best to post your item the same day for next day delivery.
- Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a UK address within two business days however, occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
- All international orders are either sent by Royal Mail or DHL Express. You get to choose your delivery method upon checkout.
- Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Our Returns Policy
- We hope you love your AWAY THAT DAY purchase, however if you wish to return an item for any reason, please return it within 14 days from the date of your parcel delivery for a full refund.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will help you with the process.
Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be liable for any items that have not been delivered.
- The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact and hygiene sticker(s) still attached.
- In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.
- Damaged goods will not be refunded.
- Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches us.
Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please follow our returns instructions and email us with the item you wish to exchange.
- After we have received your returned item(s), we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
- Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
- Should you need any assistance with refunds, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you with the process.
- Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase.
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will replace the item at our discretion.
