Can I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details.

Which courier do you use?

You get to choose at checkout - We use Royal Mail and DHL Express

How much do you charge for shipping?

UK FREE Delivery (Delivered within 2 - 3 business days)
 
Europe Standard (Delivered within 5-7 business days) = £8.50
International Standard (Delivered within 7-10 business days) = £12.50
EXPRESS International with DHL (Delivered within 2 business days) = £19.50

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, practice your autograph as you will need it upon delivery

What if I receive a faulty / wrong order?

Contact us immediately on info@awaythatday.com and we will resolve this as quickly and smoothly as possible

What if I don’t receive my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number we will send you upon shipment of your parcel. If your courier was unable to deliver your parcel, you should receive a delivery note with further instructions – Alternatively, there may be a delay with customs in which you can contact us on info@awaythatday.com so we can try and resolve the issue.
